Field Applications Engineer
(imaging: IR, low-light, UV) to support customers and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deploy and optimize imaging solutions across APAC for inspection, defense and surveillance. Responsibilities Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including basic RMA coordination Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions Support product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and technical presentations Assist with system integration, calibration and performance optimization Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and basic image quality challenges Support analysis of thermal imaging data and follow best practice guidelines Prepare application notes, user guides and technical documentation Assist with on-site installation, commissioning and customer support (as needed) Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal enginee...
