Job Description
Manage financial resources in accordance with internal and government regulations, as well as provide management with the necessary financial information for decision-making.
Prepare annual, quarterly, and weekly budgets.
Maintain updated records of budget modifications and/or amendments.
Perform the necessary calculations for the analysis of financial statements.
Verify budget availability and inform requesting units.
Consolidate budget information and its revisions in the PHXHFM System.
Report any irregularities detected in the account analysis to the immediate supervisor.
Provide financial information and accounting ratios.
Prepare financial reports for management.
Analyze the accounts that comprise the financial statements and prepare the corresponding reports.
