Field Driver Performance Leader

Cartrack is seeking an Infield Supervisor located in George, responsible for managing driver performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role involves overseeing metrics, generating reports, and driving improvements in collaboration with Independent Contractors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. A Grade 12 certificate and an own roadworthy vehicle are required. Flexibility for evening or weekend work may also be necessary.
