Job Description
Field Engineer - Formwork
- Provide formwork inspections and formwork sign‑off reports to various project sites across Alberta.
- Provide support to ED Forming's competent worker training program and administration.
- Support ED Forming in pursuit and pre‑planning and material scheduling/selection, working with the project supers on pour planning and best practices.
- Support other inspections and planning for the equipment division where on‑site review in planning will help (e.g., scaffolding concepts or hoist resewing inspections).
- Support Alberta offices' Permit to Practice compliance, providing a technical leader in the area that can help EITs.
- Promote a culture of continual improvement, self‑awareness, inclusion, and accountability.
- Take an active role in mentoring/coaching/people development.
