Field Engineer-Repair & Rehabilitation

Job Profile: This position is responsible for conducting needs assessments, developing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for missing school facilities, solarization initiatives, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) interventions. The role also involves supervision and monitoring of construction and rehabilitation activities in the targeted project-supported schools across Quetta, and Pishin to ensure quality implementation, compliance with project standards, and timely completion of works.

Summary of Key Functions/Accountabilities: The project focuses on improving educational outcomes for children from vulnerable communities. We collaborate with students, parents, teachers, community leaders, and relevant government departments to support the enrollment and retention of children in targeted schools.
