This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Field Manager H15C Annual Salary, $74,960.21 + Full State Employee Benefits Job-related travel is EXTENSIVE. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance. Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree in social work, a behavioral science, counseling or business or public administration and seven years of professional experience in social work or social services administration plus four additional years of experience in a supervisory, managerial or administrative capacity; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education plus three additional years of experience in a supervisory, managerial or administrative capacity.
