Field Nurse Supervisor

Compensation: $115K–$125K per year

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite/Field-Based (Monday through Friday schedule)

Location: Riverdale, NY

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Nurse Supervisor to oversee field-based nursing and paraprofessional staff within a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This role offers the opportunity to lead a compassionate care team that delivers high-quality, person-centered home health services to older adults, supporting their independence and well-being in the community.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction, and supervision for paraprofessional staff including home health aides, personal care aides, companions, and nurses.
