General Information/Job Summary
Provides administrative support for field operations. Primary duties include maintaining office records, and implementing office-based procedures and policies as directed by the Corporate Office. This position would be located at our on site office location, outside of Carlsbad New Mexico.
Responsibilities/Competencies
Assist employees with employment paperwork, verifying documents, E-verify, Attorney General, completeness of paperwork and adhering to deadlines of submitting information into required databases.
Enter correct phase codes correctly and material recaps
General office duties including scanning paperwork for all, answering phones, filing and maintaining written and electronic documentation and correspondence., copying, and data entry as directed by project ma...
