Field Officer - NCR

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance
• Meet company target for recoveries

Qualifications

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)
• Previous work experience is not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery rider experience is a PLUS
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
