The incumbent will supervise the installation of Otis lifts, escalators and dumbwaiters for assigned projects from commencement to completion including handover to Service.

  • Ensure WWJSSS pertaining to construction activities are being adhered to.
• Quality
  • Implements and maintains all ISO 9000 procedures.
  • Regular check to installation quality
  • Coordinate with main contractor, other subcontractors and owner for other works that affects lift installation quality
  • Arranges for electrical power to be available for testing of lifts.
