Field Operation & Track Measuring Technician (Madrid)

Responsibilities

• Execute ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of high‑tech equipment on rail vehicles, including coach roofs and underframes.
• Perform ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of cooling, water, and air piping.
• Plan and track periodic maintenance activities.
• Plan and track corrective maintenance activities.
• Install and interconnect cabling between equipment, including power supplies.
• Calibrate and tune monitoring systems.
• Participate in measurement campaigns on the customer's rail network.
• Operate computers and hardware of monitoring systems during inspection runs.
• Operate software measuring systems; manage data storage and configure systems.
• Submit on‑board track inspection results and reports to the customer.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of monitoring systems.
• Provide local support to system specialists on site or remotely from Italian offices.
