Field Research Scientist

Main purpose: Supports the development of innovative technology within Seed Manufacturing to deliver optimum seed production recommendations to maximize seed yield and quality, reduce costs and minimize variation in targeted seed units produced with the focus on the product pipeline process. Develops scientific research based on general or detailed instructions for routine or new assignments respectively. Transfer Knowledge with training and field support to operation team.

Responsibilities

• The person in this role works on problems of moderate scope in which analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors and ability to draw logical and practical solutions. Lead optimization team with local or regional scope.
