Field Sales Agents-Field Business Development Agents (FinTech)

Our Client is in the process of building a field‑based sales team to accelerate the adoption of digital payment solutions across South Africa's community and emerging market sectors. This role is suited to highly driven field sales professionals with proven experience acquiring merchants and driving transaction usage within fintech, payments, or financial service ecosystems. This is a hands‑on, field‑based contract role focused on merchant acquisition and payment adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and sign up new merchants within community ecosystems (schools, churches, sports clubs, and local organisations)
• Conduct face‑to‑face sales and onboarding within township, SME, and informal market environments
• Drive active usage and transaction growth among newly onboarded merchants
• Convert leads and dormant opportunities into active merchants
