Job Description
Field Sales Executive Role Purpose
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Field Sales Executive to grow adoption of our mPOS solution across the food retail and hospitality sectors.
This role is focused on new business acquisition, selling an integrated mPOS and payments solution to independent operators and multi‑site groups including restaurants, cafés, quick service restaurants, pubs, bars, and food retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities – New Business Development
- Identify and win new customers across food retail and hospitality
- Proactively generate opportunities via outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and networking
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified mPOS opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand operational challenges
- Deliver product demos and tailored proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
