Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand logistics requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new revenue from Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Transportation services.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer supply chain challenges and recommend appropriate logistics solutions.
