Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand logistics requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new revenue from Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Transportation services.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer supply chain challenges and recommend appropriate logistics solutions.
