Role Overview
This role is accountable for budget planning, forecasting, and control, as well as administering Salesforce and calculating employee bonuses. The position supports the national manager, supervises regional teams, and optimizes resources to align with the company's strategy.
Responsibilities
Budget planning, forecasting, and control for A&P and SG&A.
Administer Salesforce, image recognition app, and Spartan Academy Moodle platform.
Calculate and manage monthly bonuses for agency and internal employees.
Support the FSO manager with on-site training, supervision, and resource optimization.
Manage agency relationships, negotiations, and related HR issues.
Oversee the department's purchasing process and asset control.
Ensure clear communication and collaboration with other departments.
