**What You’ll Do**
Your mission as a Field Service Analyst will be to work in the field at our client's office, located in Cabiúnas District of Macaé - Rio de Janeiro, providing level 1 support to the employees assigned to the client.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing day-to-day support to end users, such as configuring workstations with computers and the necessary peripheral devices, routers, printers, etc;
- Provide hardware and software support;
- Check computer hardware HDD, mouse, keyboards, etc. to ensure functionality;
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications;
