Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and service new and existing packaging equipment at customer sitesTroubleshoot and support PLC-based control systems (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, Codesys, SCL)Diagnose and resolve electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to restore machine performancePerform equipment audits to assess performance, reliability, and complianceModify and update control software and firmware for upgrades and custom applicationsMaintain accurate service documentation and machine configurationsProvide on-site customer support and technical guidanceTrain customers and operators on equipment operation, maintenance, and safetyLead or coordinate field activities when assigned, collaborating with internal teams and customer personnelQualifications
