Field Service Engineer 1 (Commerce IT)

**Full Time| 100% onsite| 8:00AM-4:30PM-Thursday-Monday| This posiition will require you to be on call.**

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Responsible for supporting the setup, maintenance, and operation of installed and mobile audio-visual and collaboration systems within CNOs Government and health environments. Ensures that all AV equipment, including video conferencing systems, projectors, digital displays, and audio systems, are functioning effectively and efficiently. Provides first-level technical support, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with other IT team members to deliver seamless AV experiences for meetings, events, and day-to-day operations.
