Job Description
International Customer Service Engineer
Job Scope
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, training of vision inspection systems, and machine acceptance.
- Visit customers frequently for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Handle machine maintenance and conduct troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Travel frequently across the country and occasionally overseas.
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in similar technical service roles. Experience with inspection suppliers or printing machinery is a plus.
- Diploma or higher education, preferably in mechanical, IT, automation, or electrical engineering.
- Fluent in Mandarin. Reside near Kuala Lumpur. Good communication skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and a team player.
