Field Service Engineer North West

Overview

As an X-Ray Field Service Engineer , you deliver technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Agfa Radiology’s state-of-the-art imaging products. You will travel to customer sites and be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance. You act as a liaison between Agfa Radiology Solutions and customers, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Work in cooperation with Agfa’s Shared Service Centre to carry out service, maintenance, updates and installation of products.
• Maintain all test equipment, tools and company property in good working order and process spare parts in accordance with policy.
