Field Service Engineer, Ontario - Radiology

Field Service Engineer – Radiology (Ontario) The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct on‑site service, including preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support for Bayer radiology equipment throughout Ontario.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations at customer sites using approved Bayer procedures and documentation.

Utilize resources to troubleshoot and repair technical and complex equipment.

Organize personal daily work schedule and coordinate with territory teammates to ensure efficient operations.

Maintain and reorder mobile inventory to maximize equipment uptime while ensuring quality work and minimizing failures.

Generate service revenue through promotion of service programs and billable services; prepare and develop service quotes in collaboration with inside‑sales teammates.
