Field Service Engineer

Summary

As a Field Service Engineer at GE Healthcare Norway, you will be our primary face to our customers. You will be responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of designated equipment, driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence, and covering all of Norway with CT modality as the primary focus.

Responsibilities

• Trouble‑shoot complex multi‑symptom problems.
• Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues.
• Maintain all models specific to a modality in the assigned area.
• Ensure total system‑level satisfaction to primary customers.
• Responsibly complete all administration tasks on time.
• Ensure timely completion of Field Modification Instructions and PM inspection documentation for assigned accounts.

Qualifications
