Field Service Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
Leads, monitors, and works with engineering team to ensure the reliability and maintainability of existing, new, and modified equipment.
Monitors the life cycle of assets and associated components. Using the 8D, FRACAS and FMEA programs to report components failures and find a resolve to any system component issues.
Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans.
Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical OEM suppliers and technical maintenance service providers.
Develops acceptance tests and inspection.
Optimizes the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan – coordinates with the planning, development and implementation of recovery, repair and preventive maintenance procedures to maintain system operation. Revise or direct revision of above procedures when needed.
