Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and
regarding problems, order repairs and RMA's. support trainings to all service techs. Will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Quality, Regional Sales team, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. Lead and help other engineers to improve our technical level. You will create reports, dashboards, including, monitoring repair equipment status and resolving or negotiates discrepancies with all parts involved. You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer processes.

- Support main regional customers in +22 LATAM countries.
- Work with 52 service repair partners in +22 LATAM countries, in response to repair services.
