Job Description
Overview
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
- Performs full range of on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on assigned products (KM MFP and printers & Non-KM printers HP, Lexmark, etc.) as well as equipment installation/ de-installations, configure and troubleshoot networking issues (Printing and Scanning) on Windows/MAC OS, load print drivers, clone files, transfer address books, and performed firmware upgrades.
- Travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites while managing territory work volume and maintaining a high level of customer communication and satisfaction.
- Occasionally travel outside of the local area for training.
- Communicate with management on customer or field issues.
