Field Service Technician - Industrial Equipment & Automation Division

**Job Description:**

Miller Welding Automation is looking for a qualified Flexible/Fixed Robotic Field Service Technician who can provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting robotic/collaborative welding systems and providing application assistance during robotic welding system installs.

**How you will make an impact** :

+ Handling phone calls relating to the service, repair, and application of the product
+ Create service reports
+ Repair and testing of robotic welding equipment in the field
+ Communicate via phone and online platforms to troubleshoot remotely with collaborative robot customers
+ Support the marketing and training teams with content development (e.g. troubleshooting or “How-To” videos) to improve customer experience
+ Travel to customer locations for technical support, repairs and installations of robotic welding systems
+ 40-70% travel could be required
