Job Description: Field Service Technician
The Field Service Technician supports the testing, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning of electromechanical fare boxes used on public buses and trains across the United States. Approximately 75% of the role focuses on in-house repair and board-level circuit work, while the remaining 25% involves national field service travel to customer sites for installations and on-site support. + Test, troubleshoot, and repair production and field service electronic and mechanical assemblies, parts, and equipment, primarily in-house.
