We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Technician to support a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong desktop/laptop support experience and a passion for delivering excellent end-user support. A CompTIA A+ certification (or working toward it) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support laptop and desktop refresh activities, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
+ Provide on-site technical support to end users in a hospital environment
+ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
+ Collaborate with IT team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems
+ Maintain accurate inventory records and document service requests
