Field service technician

Field Service Technician required in Brackenfell, Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities: Perform on-site fault finding, maintenance, and servicing of irrigation automation and control systems. Install, configure, test, and commission new automation, control, and pump motor control systems. Provide technical support and training to clients on installed systems and products. Assist with the production, assembly, and troubleshooting of control panels. Manage and track stock, equipment, and materials allocated for client projects. Provide telephonic technical support to clients when required. Travel extensively to client sites and respond to operational requirements outside normal working hours when necessary. Maintain accurate records of service activities, stock usage, and client interactions. Deliver high levels of customer service while building strong client relationships. Support additional technical and operational duties as required.
