We’re looking for a motivated Field Services Officer to join our Kerikeri team. In this role, you’ll install and maintain electronic monitoring equipment for individuals serving community‑based sentences, working across courts, prisons and residential facilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electronic monitoring equipment
• Respond to equipment faults and alert activations during night shifts
• Attend call‑outs across courts, prisons and residential locations
• Liaise with field support teams to resolve issues quickly
• Provide professional, respectful interactions with clients and stakeholders
• Assist in other areas of the business when required
