Field Service Officer in Kerikeri - Full time

We’re looking for a motivated Field Service Officer to join our Kerikeri team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment for individuals serving community-based sentences, working across a variety of environments including courts, prisons, and residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment
• Nightshifts
• Responding to equipment faults and alert activations
• Attending callouts across courts, prisons, and residential locations
• Liaising with field support teams to resolve issues quickly
• Providing professional, respectful interactions with clients and stakeholders
• Assisting in other areas of the business when required
