Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with engineering specifications.
Supervise, motivate, and manage on-site installation teams, fabricators, and sub-contractors; assign clear daily tasks and monitor performance.
Conduct rigorous quality inspections of all installations with zero tolerance for defects, marks, bumps, or structural issues prior to client handover.
Accurately read, interpret, and implement technical, fabrication, and structural drawings on site.
