As a Field Specialist II - SPS within the Field Service Engineering (FSE) team, you will play a senior, hands-on leadership role, acting as a mentor and technical authority across multiple product lines. You will serve as the focal point at the worksite, ensuring seamless execution of Baker Hughes operations while delivering exceptional customer support.
This role requires strong technical expertise in at least two product categories such as Wellheads, Controls, or Trees/Completions, combined with the ability to lead crews, mentor junior engineers, and drive operational excellence.
