Field Superintendent

Hoffman Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent for our wastewater treatment project. This individual will work with our project management team and our subcontractors to manage day-to-day site activities, driving field execution, and ensuring alignment with project schedule, safety standards, quality expectations, and design intent. The Field Superintendent plays a critical leadership role, directing trade partners, supervisors, and field staff. The position requires experience in managing structural, CSA, and MEP scopes in parallel with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve coordination issues in the field. This position will be fully at the project site near Boise, Idaho.
Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 DOE + Incentives
