Field Superintendent - Millwork

USAM DC, a high-end architectural millwork firm base in Northern VA, is looking for a Field Superintendent to act as the primary on-site leader for custom millwork installation projects for our facility in Manassas, VA. This role is responsible for coordinating installation, verifying field conditions, managing material flow, ensuring quality and schedule alignment, and maintaining clear communication between general contractors, project managers, installers, and the shop.  The Field Superintendent is a field-first, hands-on role, accountable for daily jobsite execution from pre-installation through final walkthrough.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
