About the Role

Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor (Mechanical) to join our growing company. Our Field Supervisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination, supervision and quality control of field crews (including contractors), coordinates complex maintenance programs and monitors KPI performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.Nature of position: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: Coburg, VICReporting Line: Operations Manager (M&E)Key Responsibilities
