Job Description

            JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking a Field Tech Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Role Responsibilities:
Good knowledge in Audio Video setup Related Issues.
Coordinate with vendors for any ongoing Audio Video equipment issues.
Knowledge of Town Hall kind of Audio Video setup.
Experienced in Zoom Meetings (Desktop/Laptop/MacBook and Conference Room based)
Perform Meeting room Devices Daily Health check-up. 
Coordinate with GCO team (Global Conferencing team)
Assist Client for connecting VC before the event starts
Connecting the presentation if any from the main venue
Provide support for Townhall kind of events.
Requirements and Preferences:
2 to 4 Years’ experience in Audio video Support.
Strong understanding of audio and video technologies, including equipment, software, and networking.
Good troubleshooting skills.
