Synergie Australia is seeking a qualified ASD Tug Boat Operator to join our mining client located in the Northern Territory.

The important parts:

• 7 on / 7 off FIFO roster with charter points from Cairns or Darwin 
• Pay Rate: $67.50 – $70.00/hr (flat rate)
• Immediate start with ongoing employment opportunities for the right candidate

What you will be required to do:

• Perform harbour towage operations as per the site’s operational plan
• Command the tug and crew when acting as Master
• Fulfil the role of Engineer when not performing Master duties
• Oversee and conduct preventative, corrective and statutory maintenance of the vessel
