The Final Docs Coordinator supports the mortgage operations team by handling incoming and outgoing loan documents after closing. This is an entry‑level, production‑based role focused on mail processing, document identification, and shipping. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with physical documents and basic systems.

Key Responsibilities

Open and sort incoming FedEx and mail packages containing final mortgage documents
Review document packages to identify required final documents
Access Encompass to determine the correct investor or bank for each file
Organize, label, and prepare document packages for outbound shipping
Re‑ship documents to the appropriate bank or investor using FedEx or other carriers
Track shipped files and ensure documents are sent accurately and on time
