此職務將負責工廠端財務會計營運、財務報表、預算編製、成本控制、內部控制、稅務申報、審計配合及團隊管理。理想人選需具備製造業財務經驗、良好的數據分析能力，並能適應跨文化與海外工廠工作環境。

About the Role

Shoetown Group is looking for a Finance ccounting Manager to join our overseas factory team in Surabaya, Indonesia.

This role will oversee factory finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, internal control, tax compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate should have solid manufacturing finance experience, strong analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural factory environment.
