Finance Administrator

Our client, based in Alberton North, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate must be available immediately.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Invoicing clients and accepting payments
  • Reconciling invoices on a monthly basis
  • Allocating electronic payments
  • Sending reconciliation statements monthly to clients
  • Following up on outstanding payments
  • Data Capturing
  • Corresponding with clients telephonically and via e-mail
  • Handling of Petty cash
  • Assisting Directors with documentation
  • Clock cards for payroll submission
  • Vehicle license renewals
  • Filing of all paperwork, debtors/creditors
