About The Role

This position is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. The Finance Analyst will maintain accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will support the financial services delivery of a client’s Real Estate Services function, including Fixed Assets Management, Financial Resources Planning, lease payment handling under IFRS 16, functional support to all real estate‑related work streams, capital project account finalization, property database management, and compliance with external and local regulatory bodies.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure data integrity of fixed asset records and compliance with GRCA, IAS, and FRS.
• Finalize capital projects accounts arising from new branches, relocations, refurbishments, and related projects.
