Finance and Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
• Prepare and analyze financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, etc.)
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash controls
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and collections
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare tax returns and handle electronic tax filing (EFPS)
• Monitor and review journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Maintain asset register and oversee insurance policies
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit requirements
• Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements or cost-reduction measures
