YOUR ROLE

Are you ready to play a key role in supporting our finance operations? At CEVA Logistics we are looking for a Finance Assistant Accounts Payable to join our team in Chipping Warden. This is a vital role where you will support employee expenses, supplier payments and provide essential support to the wider finance team.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Process employee expenses and prepare payments on a daily basis.
• Prepare bank payments for expenses, supplier runs, and other ad hoc payments.
• Complete daily bank reconciliations and cash allocation of supplier payments and customer receipts.
• Handle daily toll and Dart charge payments, posting and reconciling company credit cards, and administer suppliers within Sage and the banking system.
