Finance Assistant

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations client billing vendor management and supporting the finance team with compliance reporting and audit requirements. This role ensures the accuracy of financial data adherence to internal controls and smooth coordination across teams in a fast-paced advertising agency environment.

THE ROLE

Client & Supplier Management

• Set up new clients and suppliers in NetSuite after reviewing completed forms ensuring trade licenses are valid and TRN certificates are provided.
• Maintain copies of client POs contracts and JCCs in relevant client folders.
• Convert jobs to Live status in NetSuite after checking correct client code proper allocation of third-party costs and agency fees.
