Finance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.


• Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, payroll taxes, and other financial obligations.


• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.


• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.


• Ensure proper calculation and verification of employee benefits.


• Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity.


• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field (mandatory).


• Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance is preferred but not required.


• Professional certification is recommended but not required.
