Finance Associate – 3–5 PQE (England & Wales Qualified)
A leading international law firm is seeking a Finance Associate to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions across the Middle East, advising leading financial institutions, sponsors, borrowers and investors on complex financing matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a wide range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance and general corporate lending.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documents and related transaction documentation.
- Supporting lenders, sponsors, corporates and investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
