Molex is seeking a proactive, dynamic Finance Business Partner to support our manufacturing site, Molex Connected Enterprise Solutions sp. z o.o. This role is preferred to be based on Rokitki, Poland. Reporting to the Director of Finance Operations, you will be partner with Molex Rokitki operations leadership and cross-functional teams to prepare and analyze financial results, deliver actionable insights, drive operational excellence, ensure financial discipline, and support the operations team in making decisions to achieve strategic objectives.
Our Team
You will join our Poland manufacturing plant, partnering closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams. You will also collaborate with other DSS plant teams to share best practices and improve business performance, could benefit from better way of communication and greater collaboration.
