**Job Description Summary**: We seek a Finance Director for Gasnor AS, responsible for leading the financial function and contributing to business development.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Overall responsibility for finance, procurement, and accounting functions.
- Overall responsibility for financial reporting.
- Develop business plans, financial models, analysis, KPIs, budget, forecasts, and forecasting.
- Support efficiency and digitalization of financial reporting, routines, and processes.
- Support procurement and implementation of new ERP system as needed.
- Involved in strategic processes and projects related to growth strategy, business development, valuations, acquisitions, establishment of companies, tender work, and establishment of new customers.
- Contact with the company's auditor, bank, and financial institutions.
- Supervise the finance department.
